Sunset Hills Pool members can rent the pavilion for private parties during and after pool hours.
Members in good standing can rent the pavilion during normal pool hours at a rate of $125 for 2 hours and $50 for each additional hour. Up to 25 nonmember guests are welcome!
Standard guest fees apply ($5 each) for all non-members over the age of 2. Guest passes can be purchased in advance with your pavilion rental or upon entry, but advanced payment is preferred in order to simplify check-in for lifeguards and attendees.
**Members may arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation to setup for their event but must vacate the pavilion promptly at the end of the reservation.
**Renters should factor in time for cleanup to ensure the pavilion is left in the condition it was found.
**Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned rental regulations will result in additional rental charges for additional time and/or cleanup.

AFTER HOURS POOL RENTAL FOR PRIVATE PARTIES
Members in good standing can rent the pool & pavilion for private parties on Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00 AM-10:30 AM or 9:00 PM until 10:30 PM. After-hours rental rates are listed below. All private parties are subject to board approval. Please contact email@example.com for all after-hours pool rental requests.
90-Minute Rental (Maximum 25 Attendees) = $325
90-Minute Rental (Maximum 50 Attendees) = $375
